Medeama Sporting Club will represent Ghana in the 2026/27 TotalEnergies CAF Champions League.
The Mauve and Yellow have been drawn against five-time African champions TP Mazembe of the Democratic Republic of Congo in the first preliminary round.
The first leg is at the newly approved TNA Stadium, Tarkwa on 6 September 2026, kick-off 15:00. The return leg is in DR Congo on 13 September 2026.
